Rhino here to give you the update!
We're so glad all of you are being patient in this issue, it's been nutty the last 2 days, but just know we have the server's best interest in mind. Hopefully the delays won't annoy you all too much.
We certainly do not want any down time, but it's an issue we can't avoid this once.
In our efforts to improve server stability and lag free ness we've gone on an expansive testing of another hosting service. After several hours and many shortcomings, we've decided this new host is NOT for us. We were not terribly excited about the poor staffing knowledge. They boasted a 24/7 tech service, however this did not mean a quality service.
Our pervious hoster, Redstone was not the greatest service, and while the staff was not avail 24/7 they were much more knowledgable. Not to mention once we switched Nodes (that's fancy talk, herp herp) we began to have a MUCH greater stability and lag free ness. If you've noticed this last week or two.
We will be switching back the old hoster this evening, and restoring th world to normal, we will also handle any home issues and inv issues. thanks for sticking with us guys! we want offer a great experience to all of you, see you ingame shortly!
Server should be back up in a few hours. morning by the latest pending all goes well.
